Father's Day & Goodbye for real this time Jacob

So Lexi has bid farewell for the last time to her very first best friend, Mr. Jacob Gardner. Makes me so sad to think she may never remember their friendship. We, however, will never forget little Jacob and how he would say, "Oooo Woxy Poo. Yeh, it's Woxy Poo, Yeh!" They were just so darn cute together. Mrs. Demita threw Jacob a big going away party yesterday, and it was a blast! The kids has so much fun playing with sand and water and eating lots of yummy snacks. Lexi even got to indulge in a couple of cheese puffs.

We've got a big Father's Day weekend ahead of us! Tonight, we are going to Mom's for a Father's Day swim bash with Granny and Granddaddy. The rain better let up because Lexi poo is ready to do some swimming. Tomorrow night we are going to Brandon's mother's house for a Father's Day dinner. Then on Sunday we are going to have our own celebration at home. I seem to remember having exactly one lunch for Mother's Day. I'm just saying....

Brandon LOVED his scrapbook that Lexi and I made for him. It was 20 pages and about 50 million hours of work. It was worth every second. Each page had a special memory that he and Lexi share or have shared in the last 8 months. It turned out super cute, and I'm so glad it meant so much to him. I continue to tell Lexi how I couldn't have done it without all her help. :)
