Crazy weekend!
We had so much fun with our big 3 year old Pooh Bear Izabelle this weekend! She could not be any cuter! She is such a little lady! It seems like just yesterday that she was Lexi's age. She is absolutely adorable and radiates sunshine in whatever room she is in. Brandon and I both had a blast loving all over her. It also never gets old to have someone around telling you that you are a beautiful princess every so often.
We were a little nervous about how she would be with Lex. She is not so fond of other babies who could potentially be competition. She was great though. At first she ignored Lex a little, but by the end of the weekend she was claiming that Lexi was her 1st best friend. (Brandon and I got pushed to 2nd and 3rd best friends.)
Uncle Chocolate Chip Cookie also came to visit. He was able to come for dinner on Friday night and also Sunday night. It's always a good weekend when Uncle Chip gets to come by!
Pretty disappointed Bama didn't get into the NCAA Tournament. What crap. Roll tide anyway. We deserved to be there. It was still fun making chocolate chip muffins and watching the selection show with my honey.
So jealous that Daddy and Lex are at home all day today, and I can't be there with them! I'm sure there is lots of fun in store. I am super excited that they are coming to visit me for lunch today! Nothing better to get you through the hump of the day than seeing my beautiful family come walking through the door. (The nachos from Mama Goldberg's don't hurt either.)
