Today we had a blast taking Lexi out to The Property for the first time. Nana's boyfriend Mike (aka Mr. Rose) has 750 acres on the Cahaba out toward McCalla. It is absolutely beautiful, and we love going out there. We weren't able to go last year since I was pregnant, so we've been itching to get out there this year. We had a picnic, hiked through the woods, played in and around the river, and sat by the fire. With the weather being 72 degrees and sunny, it couldn't have been better. Lexi seemed to love the outdoors. During our hike she would look around and giggle. She loved taking it all in. She is going to sleep great tonight! Here's some pictures from our adventure...
